This is the “Privacy Policy” of Epagecity Private Limited Company (“epagecity Pvt Ltd”, “we”, or “our”). We need to collect some information from Users because of the nature of online business. The service we provide is exempt from HIPPA. As defined by HIPAA, we are neither a “Covered Entity” nor a “Business Associate.” Since HIPAA does not apply, our service is not required to and may not fulfill the HIPAA criteria. As a result, using the service should not be used to submit, store, or disclose HIPAA-covered information in a manner that is compliant with HIPAA’s rules.

If your complaint is not resolved through these methods, a binding arbitration option before a Privacy Shield Panel may be available in limited instances.
